Privacy Policy

Dr. Timek’s office practices HIPAA Regulation. All electronic records and photographs are secured at the end of the day. Within the facility, we take proactive measures to ensure your continued privacy. When you first meet the staff on the phone or in person, the receptionist will ask you how and when you prefer to communicate with us. Your consultation forms also provide you the opportunity to offer us your e-mail address, selected cell phone, and resident numbers at your discretion. No staff member may remove your electronic record from the office at any time. All of your private information, including photographs, stays within the office and cannot be distributed outside our office without your written permission.
